Selection Criteria
What qualities or skills do you look for in Triple Threat players?
Triple Threat and it's two programs Next Level and REP PREP! are not for everyone. While we may select the players we think will flourish under this high-intensity style of coaching, sometimes it is not a good fit from a player's perspective. And that's A-OK.
Coach Bell spends the regular season, October through April, watching as many minor and high school games as possible to learn more about the players. He discretely consults with minor and high school coaches and assistants, members of the various clubs and even officials for their opinions and feedback. Triple Threat welcomes a maximum of 20 players to each group for a 5:1 player-to-coach ratio. Invitations are extended to players who demonstrate the following six core qualities:

01 LevelGirls who played their last year of Mini (U12), Bantam first and second year players and varsity High School players.
04 ReadinessGirls who are ready and excited to take their game to the next level and who also have a strong game in place to build on.

02 CoachabilityGirls who want to work hard, "leave it all on the court" and are coachable. They are eager and interested in learning.
05 SkillGirls who have experience playing against other skilled players. Technically, their skills and finesse show up on the court.

03 AttitudeGirls who have a positive attitude and have demonstrated leadership on and off the court and are supportive of their teammates.
06 SpiritThe coaches love them, the refs love officiating them. They're the official, single-handed cheer squad of their team.
